Event insurance is additional insurance coverage of your event that you personally take out. We do offer links after booking.
This covers you personally for any type of casualty that may occur during your event. While our space is fully covered this is just that extra piece of mind to make sure you are safe.

There is no minimum requirements. What ever makes your event perfect is up to you.

There are hotels and Airbnb with in 15 miles of our space. We do offer links to some of them.

Yes! We have put together a list of vendors from the area as well as some from near by. We include this as part of our service when booking.

We ask that cleaning you leave our space as you found it, but no need to strip linens, sweep or mop.
Our damage fee is a deposit you get fully or partially get back if cleaning and property meets standards. We just want to make sure that our space is left beautiful for everyone to use.

We have designated areas out side for smoking and vaping. We are just wanting to keep our space fresh for everyone.

You may decorate any time during your rental period. Decorations should be hung without nails or staples. We ask that you do not use glitter. Candles must be battery operated (this is for safety of guest). We allow biodegradable throwing items and items must be cleaned up or you damage fee will be kept. Bubbles permitted outdoors (the floor inside may become slick).

Dogs are allowed for the couple only for pictures and ceremony and you must have that clause in your event insurance. We ask that you do not allow your pet to be outside unattended, we are in the country after all with lots of deer and water fowl to chase. We would not want your pet to get lost when they decide to become friends with the local wildlife.

We offer an open vendor policy so you can hire whom ever you choose.
We have a caterers kitchen with warming cabinet, 2 industrial firdges, deep freezer, counter space and sink.

Yes, we offer servers with all of our packages and we offer a few different options on what your guest are served.

We like to know head count a few weeks before your event date.

We offer bridal shows and open houses and other events through out the year. Just keep an eye on our social pages for dates.

We can spaciously seat 350 on the main floor and over flow seating in the balcony. Our outdoor ceremony area has benches for 250.

We have a large gravel parking with the ability to drive under a roof for front door drop off. Handicap parking blocked at the front doors and vendor parking at side private doors.

Yes it is! We are about a 10 minute drive from either interstate highway 36 or interstate 35. It is a black top road from both directions.
